Dr. Ernesto Collazo is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist and graduate of New York University School of Medicine. He completed an Ophthalmology Residency at Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was named Chief Resident and received the prestigious "Resident of the Year Award." Recognized as one of the top 15 leaders in laser eye surgery by Newsweek, Dr. Collazo is internationally respected for his expertise in ocular surgery and advanced technology. He has also been honored multiple times with the “Doctor's Choice Awards” as one of the best ophthalmologists in Puerto Rico. Dr. Collazo is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
